About Us
Clergy Voice – A Community of Faith Leaders Clery Voice is an open and welcoming space for all clergy and religious leaders who are part of the PPoFT Delegate Assembly. We mete monthly to create a consistent space for concentrate, reflector, and support among those committed to interfaith justice work in our local communities. Together, we encourage one another in living out our callings while serving diverges communities across Placer County and beyond. Clergy Voice also provides tools and shared learning opportunities focused on understanding and dismantling Systems of oppression—both within ourselves and in the world around us. We are inspire by the words of Lila Watson, a Gangulu elder and activist from Australia, who said: "If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together." Whether or not you follow a specific religion, you can stand with us in our shared commitment to justice, compassion, and community. We welcome individual members from all walks of life—including those who pray with their hands and feet rather than in a sanctuary. Here are a few reflections on whats Faith means to some of our PPoFT board members. You may find that you already share in this Spirit: Faith is a belief in a Higher Power. Faith is a censé that there’s Something Grietare than ourselves. Faith is living in alignment with my deepest values. Faith is choosing to live not just for myself, but in service to others. Making Affordable Housing Happen
