Faith, Community & Housing in Action
120 Affordable Homes Approved in Rocklin
The Rocklin City Council voted 3–2 to approve a 120-unit affordable housing community on land owned by St. Augustine Episcopal Church.
The project demonstrates how faith communities can be part of the housing solution by using land they already own to help create affordable homes for local workers, families, seniors, and others who want to remain in the communities they call home.
Placer Community Foundation supports PPOFT and its housing advocates as they help faith communities explore opportunities like this.
